Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 Bananas
2 Eggs
1 tsp of Cinnamon

Method:

1. Whizz up all of the ingredients in a blender/food processor

2. Pour the mixture into a heated frying pan

3. Either make a large one (and cut it into strips for your LO) or you can make smaller scotch pancakes.

Serving Suggestions:

With a dollop of yoghurt and chopped banana/blueberries

With a dollop of whizzed up frozen summer berries (depending on how messy you are prepared for it to be!)
